SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 1-3 business days of being processed.
We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 1PM AEST Monday - Friday.
Australia:
Orders are delivered within 1-5 business days of being dispatched.
New Zealand:
Orders are delivered within 5-12 business days of being dispatched.
International:
For customers outside of Australia and New Zealand (international) orders are delivered within 10-21 business days depending on your location.
International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and are not the responsibility of LE LUXE Jewels. You may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/custom charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable custom charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may occur during the journey of your order.
Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available. We provide up-to date tracking on all orders via Australia Post.
Processing + shipping times may be longer and vary during promotions and public holidays. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to adjust or cancel your order.
Please ensure you provide us with accurate address details for your delivery during the online shipping process as we are not liable for packages that are undelivered or delayed if you have entered incorrect information. LE LUXE Jewels is not liable for lost or stolen shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered and if your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
